GOAT FIT SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Group training provides clients a chance to get a fun, well structured workout with a small group of friends. Studies have shown that working out with a group increases one's chance of success in getting, and most importantly, staying in shape. So form a group or join an existing one! More folks=more fun!
Athletes involved in similar sports are grouped together to receive sports specific training geared toward their athletic endeavors. From golf to cycling and everything in between, training in small groups allows our clients to experience sports specific strength and conditioning in a group setting.
