12 Week Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon Training Plan


Your GOAT FIT Triathlon Training Plan includes a basic Training Peaks account where you will access your daily training plan. The GOAT FIT Triathlon Training Plans will coincide with the Outspokin Multisport Team training open schedule so you'll never need to train alone! You'll have your own specific workout to do but in a group setting. We also meet as a GOAT group once each week for either bricks or open water swim/mock tri training days.

(includes initial meeting, no direct coaching. does not include race entry.)


What your plan includes 


  • Basic Training Peaks account where your workouts will be posted 
  • Workouts will be based on OMT training schedule whenever possible 
  • A basic workout each day with times/zones and/or distances 
  • Testing to reset zones at 6 weeks for Sprint, Oly, at 8 weeks for HIM
  • Group meet up 2-3 weeks prior to race for Q&A and basic race prep "mock tri"


What your plan does not include


  • Personalized coaching, i.e. altering plans to fit schedules.  
  • Plan reviews
  • Email/phone contact
  • Power based training 
  • Nutritional coaching  
  • Specific Race prep i.e. percentage of Macro nutrients to be ingested during each stage of the race.
