12 Week Multisport Off Season Training Program


GOAT FIT and OWS Leo team up for this 12 week multisport training program. This coached training plan is specifically designed to keep the multisport athlete focused and healthy in the "off season" or in-between races. This plan includes the following:

Access to training plan via Training Peaks. This plan will have workouts posted for each day.

Once a week coaching in a group setting from experienced and qualified coaches. 

Meet up each Saturday for OWS (weather permitting) Group rides, runs, bricks and strength training sessions designed specifically for triathletes. 

Expert Open Water Swim coaching from, USAT L1, Slow Twitch, ASCA and PT certified Leo Briceno. 

Bicycle handling skills clinic and run from clinic will be from USAT L1, USAC, USAT&F, RRCA, CSCS coach Lisa "trixie" Taylor.

Strength sessions and group rides and runs will be led by USAT L1, CPT, GFT, AFAA, TRX certified coach Monika Cassidy. 

This coached training program is a perfect way to keep and improve on the fitness you gained during the season.
